The frozen Village of Spitzbergen. 1:25 scale set model.
A large set using trucks, traps, and flying elements to tell the story of Gerda's journey to rescue her adopted brother, from the evil clutches of the Snow Queen.

It was a difficult set to achieve, given the Questors Theatre's limited wing space and difficult sight lines, owing to the auditorium's Greek amphitheatre style seating. At the time the play was the highest attended and highest grossing production in the theatre's 75 year history.
