Ironhill Productions present
On the Trail of Jack the Ripper
2004.
Director/producer: Mark Ubsdell, Art Director: Alex Marker.
The boudoir of one of the Ripper's victims.
A bedroom which was searched by the police.
A close-up of paper props I created for the shoot.
My brief was to create three locations, namely a prostitute's boudoir, a bedroom and a study for flashback scenes in a documentary. These all had to fit in with material shot for an earlier shorter version of the programme. We shot all three in a Victorian house undergoing renovation.

The props had to be chosen carefully so that they could all serve for more than one scene. My entire budget for set and costume was £200.
